Annoying notification keeps appearing on my fitbit

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I constantly get a notification saying "good job" and I have no idea what it's for and how to turn it off.  I looks like Sergeant stripes and has a number at the bottom.  These numbers have ranged from the low 30's to about 400.  After about 400 the notifications seem to quit for the day.  I've canceled all notiifcations (even the low-battery notification) with no effect.

Hi, @RenoRob, welcome, this sounds like an "Active Zone Minutes" notification. If you go into the Fitbit app notifications you should be able to disable it. From the "Today" screen in the Fitbit app touch your icon in the top right corner>Fitbit settings>notification>turn off Exercise goal Milestones.

I hope this helps but if you are still stuck please post here again.

Cheers
