Anyone have the United Healthcare app?

My wife and I both have UHC Medicare Advantage plans.  The UHC app gets step data from the Fitbit app and we get a $10 "credit" if we have 10 days of over 5000 steps in a month.  Occasionally the UHC app doesn't get the data from the Fitbit app and I can't figure out why.  Maybe 1 or 2 days a month, the UHC app doesn't sync properly with the Fitbit app.  It's not a huge deal since we typically have over 5000 steps on 27 or 28 days every month.  Just wondering if anyone else has seen this.

On a positive note, other than an occasional anomaly, our Inspire 3s are still going strong after 2 years.
