When I go into the App and select the Steps - so I can see a history of my steps achievement - nothing happens, it just sits there spinning, with a grey screen.
I've selected the different tabs - Day, Week, Month etc. - to see if anything will show, but nothing... just spins!
Any help would be much appreciated please, as this is another problem that unfortunately seems to riddle the Inspire 3!

I understand your feelings about this situation, and this is definitely not the experience we want for our customers.
This one time exception workaround worked for some customers: you may need to try uninstalling and reinstalling the application to see the desired results. It's worth a try.
There should be no loss of information as long as you sync your device beforehand.

Thank You for your understanding - and suggested steps - I do appreciate it. It is good to know you are aware of the issue!
I have tried the steps you provided and I'm pleased to say it worked! Hopefully this won't happen again, as I really don't want to have to reinstall the App 'all the time'!
Beyond that, it came up about an hour ago that there was an update for my Fitbit - which I of course started - however, it just stopped and said it couldn't be completed and try again later... However, the option to Update is now gone! What do I do please?
