Average step count not working

Inspire 3 has been able to produce average step count (weekly, monthly, annually) for about 4 months now. That function was working and then stopped for no apparent reason. I have the latest updated and have also signed out and back in to no avail

I'm having the same issue. i hope fitbit support reads these comments and provides help.

Thank you for letting us know about the situation with your steps.  I'll do my best to help you. 

May be you have Mobile Track installed in your Fitbit app, and this may cause discrepancies in their step results.

 

 

If you have the MobileTrack option linked to your app, please remove it as it may cause the issue with the activity results. To remove this feature, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your app
  2. Tap the icon in the top left corner (it has a small phone and a clock)
  3. Tap where it says Phone
  4. Please remove the phone from your app connections.

That did not solve the issues. The Fitbit app is still not creating
averages
