Battery charge not fully done

My battery cannot be charged to 100%. It switches off at 89%. How can I fix that. Depending discharge and recharging in the hope that battery will be re -established, nothing helped.

Hi, @Inspire3- , welcome to the community. Does your Inspire 3 stop changing precisely at 89% every time? Charging issues are usually traced to the charging cable or the USB socket from which you are getting your juice. Clean the back of your Inspire 3 to ensure the little metal pads are free of any skin products you may use. Warm Soapy water and cotton wool work. Check that the two pins on the charging puck are equal height and "Free" (they are spring-loaded). The USB plug at the other end of the cable and the USB socket could become worn if you frequently plug & unplug it. Try another brick or USB socket which you know works with other devices. You do not mention how long you've had your Inspire 3. If you continue to be concerned, I suggest you talk to Customer Support after reviewing File a warranty claim for your Fitbit device - Fitbit Help Center
