Battery life runs down after 1 day on Inspire 3

My Inspire 3 battery runs down after 1 day, is this normal.

That is abnormal @Greenfly51.  Do you maybe have an activity running in the background? Check for that, restart it, and then fully charge it and test.  Here is a link for estimated battery life for various Fitbits.

Display settings have the most impact on battery life. I tested mine when I first got it, and with display turned to 'always on' (but off for sleeping hours), I got about 3-4 days. That included around 3 hours of GPS linked walking/running activities. My screen brightness was normal. When I turned off 'always on' and also turned off 'autowake' (so that I have to tap it to see the screen), and with screen timeout set to normal, I got down to about 16% after 9.5 days. Now I keep it at those settings and usually put it on the charger for 10-15 min when I'm getting ready for bed and don't worry about it.
