Bedtime reminder not showing on Inspire 3

Hi all,

I got my Inspire 3 a couple of days ago. So far it's working good, but one problem I'm having is that the bedtime reminders are not showing up on my Fitbit Inspire 3. I do get a notification on my iPhone, but it's not popping up on my Inspire 3.

Some of the things I tried so far:

- Double checked the settings in my iPhone settings & Fitbit app. They should all be good
- Restarting the Inspire 3
- Disconnect bluetooth connection & connection in the Fitbit app, restart iPhone, reconnect everything

I called with the Fitbit support, and after 20 mins. of trying things out they asked me to do (which I mostly already did before), they said that the Inspire 3 does not support to show bedtime reminders on the device. So I can only see them on my iPhone? That seemed ridiculous to me, why would all kinds of apps be able to send notifications, but not Fitbit itself?

Does anyone know the issue here and how I can receive bedtime reminders on my Fitbit Inspire 3?

Please make sure that you have set up a sleep plan. How do I set a sleep schedule in the Fitbit app?

Please swipe down from the clock screen to access the quick settings
There verify that your Inspire 3 is not on " Don't disturb" mode. To change the setting just tap on it.
