Just got my Fitbit Inspire 3 this morning. It has been charging all day (8+ hours). It briefly turns on when I plug it in to charge but will not turn on when I take it off the charger. It won't turn on and I can't get it to connect to my Fitbit App on my phone. Not sure what to do from here.

Hi there, @ldmadsen20. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your new Inspire 3 is not turning on nor connecting to the Fitbit app. I understand where your concern is coming from, I will do my best to help you with this!
Please bear in mind that there are some issues that affect this behavior, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working and leave it on the charger for another two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
When it has had two hours, try restarting your Charge 5. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.
