I bought a brand new Inspire 3, received it last week. Friday the battery drained 3 times. Thought maybe it was the screen protector or maybe because I had got it wet while cleaning the pool. I didn't wear it Saturday or Sunday and put it on this morning without the screen protector and with a 100% charge and 2 hours later it has drained down 10%. Samsung S22.

Hi, @Stephiej, welcome, your Inspire 3 should not have been affected by getting it wet, they can safely be used for swimming. Try restarting your Inspire 3 How do I restart my Fitbit device? - Fitbit Help Center describes the process, try changing the clock face in the Fitbit app. If you have still not made any progress contact "Customer Support" for effective advice or a replacement.

Thanks, the battery is still draining pretty fast (10% in 2 hours since I restarted and changed the clock face) and also now I notice the side sensors are not responding. I will contact customer support.
