Brand new Inspire 3 is not working

Just unboxed my new Inspire 3 Fitbit and its not working. The screen is defective. Im very dissapointed and need a replacement as soon as possibe. Seems to be very hard to get in contact with customer service. @Fitbit

Hello @RoosvanLiempt and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry, but you must keep trying to contact Support.  Only Support can give you a return authorization.

I live in the Netherlands, how can i contact them? There is a phone number that is only for USA, and the support mail address does not work.

@RoosvanLiempt   You should be able to contact Support by doing the following: Tap on the gear icon/profile picture in the upper right of your mobile app > Help & Support > Contact Customer Support.

Thanks, tried this but I need to log in into twitter and I don’t have a
twitter account. This is ridiculous.. is there an email address or phone
number for EU customers? How can I send this back? Or how can I receive a
new Fitbit that is not defect?

I looked up the Netherlands under support and it comes up with some options like 24 hr chats a phone number that seems to be for Monday to Friday plus the option of sending a direct message. The details can be found here:

@RoosvanLiempt Thanks for letting us know about your Inspire 3, and your efforts to get in touch with us. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your tracker after unboxing it. I went ahead and contacted our Support team; however, it seems that you already have a case created. I'm sure they'll continue helping you, so please get back to them if their suggestions don't work.

As a side note, when going to the link shared by @LZeeW, you'll find the option to change the country and language below in order to get the contact information based on your location. I hope we can get you back on track soon.
