Brand new not pairing in bluetooth

It is brand new.. and not pairing in bluetooth... It shows the code but after you enter the code it says try again... I tried it again and again but it always shows try again.. I tried it to pair first in my bluetooth but doesn't pair... Any suggestion.. highly appreciated it...

Hi, @Aiza12 , if you tried pairing it first in Bluetooth, then please check your phone’s Bluetooth settings and delete it from the list if it is there (even if showing not connected).  Fitbit’s can only be paired using the Fitbit app.

Also if you have more than one device with the Fitbit app (for example a phone and a tablet or two different phones) make sure Bluetooth is turned OFF except on the one you are trying to pair with.  And if you have other Fitbit devices please put them out of range.
