I have an Inspire 3 :))
While checking the app, I noticed that my “calorie in vs out” graph had suddenly changed to a very scary and disappointing new result. All of my days showing 700 (sometimes more, sometimes less) calorie deficits were gone, showing a new and very depressing pattern of overeating instead.
I have been seeing a noticeable difference in my body since Jan 1st; going to gym 3x a week and documenting all of my food intake (even on days where I have let myself enjoy more junk food than usual).
When I saw this new graph version I panicked and felt upset, reloaded the home menu a few times, and then the graph briefly went back to how it looked beforehand… But now it’s gone back to the terrible results and it won’t change back no matter how many times I refresh! I’ve restarted the app, my phone, my fitbit device. There is NO WAY that I could be actually eating this much more than I’m burning whilst noticing a more toned appearance and looser clothes. It’s almost like it’s randomly taken away hundreds of “calories burnt” recordings from every day in one sweep!
Can someone help me fix this? I’ve checked all my settings and HR record and everything seems normal and unchanged. Alternatively, is anyone else having this issue; like maybe it’s a bug or something! I just know I feel defeated every time I open my app now — it’s making me want to just ditch the fitbit completely and continue my weight loss journey without this added stress.
Best AnswerI just noticed the same, a huge reduction of the calories I’ve already burnt. I suppose something is happening in the app, like weeks ago when even though we had a moving target for calories burnt it turned it in a fixed one. We should ask support to Fitbit.
Best AnswerI see the same thing. my calories burned were not correct. It was working fine as of yesterday 11pm PST time. today it was all wrong.
