Are we able to lock the screen during all workouts when using the inspire 3?

Hi, @sqadboi38 , do you mean can you set the screen to Always On during workouts?  The answer to that is yes.  When you go to the exercise app on your Inspire 3 instead of immediately starting your activity swipe up to find the settings for that exercise.  You will find the screen always on option.  The advantage of doing it during your exercise app is first that setting will remain the default every time you start that particular activity and second the Always On setting will be disabled as soon as you end your exercise.

You can also set the screen to be always on in the main settings menu.  From the clock face screen swipe down until you come to the settings menu.  Tap to open then tap Display Settings.  Swipe up to find Always On.  You will get a warning that battery life will be affected, so you may want to return to the default time out when your workout session is done.

I hope this helps.  Welcome to the Community Forums!

No, I mean can I set it to lock during workout so there is no chance of it pausing or stopping during a workout. Similar to how it does with swimming.

Hi, @sqadboi38 , as I am sure you are aware, that is available for the swimming exercise.  alas that feature is not available for other activities, though many people have requested it over the years.  There was a feature request posted in 2018 to add this facility, but unfortunately Fitbit have marked it as “not currently planned”.

You can still vote for this feature  here but comments are turned off.

I am sorry not to have better news for you.
