Hello @Maxine47 and welcome to the Community.  I’m sorry, but there’s no way to set up or sync with a laptop.  It’s true for both Windows laptops and MacBooks.

 

You need a compatible smartphone or tablet.  Android devices need Android 8 or later.  iPhones need iOS 14 or later
