Is it possible to set up text messages for low battery notifications? I currently receive emails, but they are not very reliable. I would love to receive a text when my inspire 3 is low on battery

I do have notifications set up correctly but am not receiving text or push notifications regarding my battery.

I don’t have any specific advice if you have the setting on, but aren’t getting notifications. You can try the general advice like logging out then logging back in, restarting your device or restarting your phone.
If the problem persists, contact Support for help.
