Can I revert back the update on my Inspire 3?

Is there anyway to undo the recent update? They didn’t do us any favors with that one.

Hi there, @172MK. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I will do my best to help you! 

Regarding your inquiry, please note that there's no way to roll back any of the firmware updates already installed on our Fitbit devices. If you're experiencing any issues after the update, please let me know which they are so I can further help you.

Meanwhile, if you're experiencing any of the following issues I'd recommend restarting your Inspire:

  • Your device won't sync with the Fitbit app
  • Your device is unresponsive to taps, swipes, or button presses
  • Your device's display is blank or frozen
  • Your device doesn't register steps or other data
  • Your device doesn't show notifications or reminders
