Is there anyway to undo the recent update? They didn’t do us any favors with that one.

Hi there, @172MK. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I will do my best to help you!
Regarding your inquiry, please note that there's no way to roll back any of the firmware updates already installed on our Fitbit devices. If you're experiencing any issues after the update, please let me know which they are so I can further help you.
Meanwhile, if you're experiencing any of the following issues I'd recommend restarting your Inspire:
Looking forward to hearing from you.

I factory reset my tracker after the bad update - to try to undo, and now I cannot set it up.

Well, since you asked: the lap thing is really irritating; when I swim it recognizes it as “rowing machine” or “elliptical” or both; when I do tai chi it recognizes it as swimming. At this point I won’t be getting another Fitbit. This is my third and last.
