Hello, I'm a newbie to Fitbit. I walk a lot and was wondering if there is such a thing, an app, that would notify me if my BPM range is optimal for fat burning. In other words, a vibration that tells me I'm too low so I pick up the pace or too high and I slow the pace in order to achieve the highest percentage of fat burning possible.
Thanks

Hello @canuk22 and welcome to the Community. The Inspire 3 has heart rate zone notifications and they are off by default. The Inspire 3 can do this two ways:
There are more details and instructions in the Exercise and Heart Health section of the manual. I don't use these vibrations. I know that they vibrate as your heart rate goes up and you enter a higher zone. I don't know if it vibrates when you drop out of a zone.
