@LindaslashI have the Inspire 3, so let me write down the steps for when I take a walk.

From the main screen (time) swipe Left 4 times and you'll see Exercise and Walk

(if you want to run or something else, swipe down)

Walk - tap Start then tap it again

I don't set goals for the walk, I just walk.

When you finish the walk, tap on Pause to see your stats

If you're done, tap Finished and that's it.

See if that helps you out.

Hi @Lindaslash  from Pages 38 and 39 of the user manual - click to go there. If you need more than that, just post again and we'll be here.

I tried that and it never gave me any of the selections. I tried that before and thought I had forgotten, but it just doesn’t do anything. Swap UP, right?
