My fitbit app shows the settings app is installed yet it is not there when I scroll down. Has anyone else has this issue?

Hi there, @Sansun. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you cannot access the settings on your Inspire 3. I'll be glad to help you!

To better assist you, may I know if the setting menu is the only thing you cannot access to your Inspire 3? If so, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi MarreFitbit,

The find my phone is also missing. My sleep hasn't registered on Friday night as well at all and last nights sleep is showing on the fitbit but has not gone into the app even though the fitbit has just synced.

My fitbit will not restart using the method u suggested, after 10 seconds the fitbit is still on, it vibrates but I never get the icon coming up.

I have also tried changing the clock face but this hasn't helped either.

@Sansun Thanks for trying the steps I recommended above.

As our last resort, I'd recommend performing a factory reset on your Inspire 3. To do so, on your Fitbit device:

  1. Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app.
  2. On your Fitbit device, open the Settings app > Device Info > Clear User Data

Once the above has been done, you can now proceed to set up your Inspire 3 again by following the steps provided here How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc. So please make sure you sync your Fitbit device before proceeding with the reset. Regarding your sleep data, try syncing twice in a row to make sure all data is transferred.

With the above being said, please be aware that most Fitbit devices store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Nevertheless, if your Fitbit device was unpaired from your Fitbit account during this period of time, neither the 7 days can be recovered or restored.

Hope this helps!
