Hi, @walt2634 , no, only some of the clock faces cost money. None of the Fitbit developed ones do. I would recommend that your app is up-to-date (check in the App store or Google play store depending on which phone operating system you have) and make sure that you have a robust internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular) and that your Fitbit is paired with your phone (when you open the app if you get a message to pair your Fitbit, say yes!). Then from the opening page of the app click on the small icon top left and on the next screen choose the picture of your Inspire 3. On the Inspire 3 screen choose Gallery and Clock Faces in order to see the possible clock face options.
I hope this helps. Welcome to the Community Forums!

For some reason (I just got my Inspire 3), there is no filter for device option while browsing Clockfaces, so it might take some time to find compatible ones ...

Hi, @Kershak , if you open the Fitbit app and click on the small icon top left (smartphone and watch) and on the next screen click on your Inspire 3. From the Inspire 3 screen you will see Gallery and Clock faces at the top. If you browse the clock faces there you will see the ones that are specific to your Fitbit.

You are totally correct, thank you .
I took another path in the application apparently: Settings -> connected Apps > Apps and Clock Faces led me to the website, which led me to the thought, that this is the only way to browse Apps and Clock Faces.
Thanks !
