Can't charge my Inspire 3 as the charger doesn't fit

This is only my 2nd time trying to charge my new Inspire 3. I had some difficulties the first time but I got the charger to stay on the device. Now it just doesn't want to "stick" or engage. Please help

Hi, @Boyd123 welcome to the community. The charging puck must be presented to the back of the Inspire 3 the correct way up with the pins lined up with the 4 little connection pads. If it's the wrong way round the horns on the puck do not engage.
