Can't connect my phone to Inspire 3

Hey,so my Inspire 3 was working perfectly,but it was connected to a phone that is now not working,so Bluetooth  cannot be disabled.I tried connecting it to my tablet and it almost worked,the inspire 3 was found,i entered the four digit code,and there it was.First it said it was taking longer than usual and then gave me an error i did everything that the app suggested several times.My question is can you log into my fitbit profile and dissconnect the phone and the watch?Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, @NeLLiYANKOVA345 , unfortunately no one can do that for you.  However, if the old phone doesn’t have power or is out of range, the old phone’s Bluetooth will not be interfering with a new connection.

I would recommend moving the old phone out of range and then giving your Fitbit a restart - instructions are here - and immediately after restarting try the set up again.  Hopefully it will work then.
