Can't connect to help and support

Have been trying to contact help and support for a few weeks.  Every time I try I get "unknown error occurred, Please try again"

Any ideas?

Thanks. Have text them previously and no problem. But now always has the "unknown error occurred " have tried phone option but same problem. It also appears that they have removed the phone option.  Thanks

From what I've learned being around here, the phones or any of the options to reach support are available when they have people to be there.

I don't think it's an available issue more a connection issue. Every time I try to connect comes up with "unknown error occurred ". Have talked previously and no problem.  But thanks again.

Hi, @Samson24 may I suggest you try this dynamic link "Customer Support" For a prompt response use the Chat facility or phone, it's a good move to note the steps you've taken & the results before contacting the agent so you can brief them clearly. The above link generates different connections depending on your location, it's the same one provided by @Odyssey13
