Just got a new Inspire 3 a month ago and I managed to get it set up. About a week after that, my stats wouldn’t update when I went into the app. I left my watch and phone alone for about 30 mins and that little blue line would reach about 40% and then it wouldn’t move anymore.
Looked up some help online at was told to removed the device from the app and set it up again. This time I can’t even do that.
When I try to set up device my phone sees the fitbit and the pin comes up. I type it in and then it loads but doesn’t connect. The app says it’s still connecting but the fitbit says to try again.
My app is up to date and I’m on the newest iOS 16.6 public beta if that matters.
Any help is appreciated as the same thing happened to my old watch which is why I got a new one.

Do the difficulties happen when connected to a wifi or with mobile data?
Do you still have access to the old phone? If so start it up, and on the bluetooth menu, search if there is any connection with the Inspire 3. If so, try removing it from the old phone.
Then try changing the internet connection and try to set up the Inspire 3 on the new phone again.
