Can't create account after deleting

I am continuing the discussion started on this thread. I have no clue why it is locked.

I waited the 30 days after deleting and now it says I can't create an account because I deleted it. How do I fix this so my kid can use his FitBit?

If you have followed all our advised troubleshooting steps please contact Google Support directly in order to receive assistance to be able to use the Inspire 3.

Your response makes no sense. The issue is with FitBit and not Google. I read the Google help and fully understand it. The problem is I don't have a problem with Google I have a problem with FitBit.

It feels like you are eluding to something that I am missing. Can you spell it out please?

Thanks for getting back to us and I apologize for the missinformation @ScottLindner. I'll be glad to continue assisting you.

I asked yesterday and got the information I provided to you but I asked again today and got something else.

Please remove the restrictions you have for your son and set up the Inspire 3. After completing the set up you can add the restrictions again and this should make the trick.
