Can’t delete alarms on app or device

My inspire 3’s screen has completely stopped working. I have already put in a claim for a new one, but on the existing device I have one morning alarm set. It keeps buzzing every few minutes and I can’t dismiss the alarm or delete it. I have tried going into the app based on instructions online but can’t find the alarm anywhere under the device in my app. Help how do I make the infernal buzzing stop!!!

Hi @NicBDA, welcome to the Fitbit community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you delete your alarms on your Inspire 3.

For the Inspire 3, can set, modify or delete alarms  only from the device itself. 

On your device, open the Alarms app. You see your next scheduled alarms. So, you should be able to tap on the alarm in question, swipe all the way down and choose "remove"

On the other hand, when the alarm goes off, you can tap on the check mark icon to dismiss it.

Please confirm you don't see anything of what i'm referring to by sharing a picture of the device in this precise moment so i can investigate further.
