There are clock faces near the bottom of the gallery that state that they are not available, and that I should check to ensure that the fitbit app has been updated. I have, and they are still not available. Is there anything else that I need to do

Hi there, @DouglasEB. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and the details provided in your post. I will be glad to help you to sort out the issue with the clock faces that won't download.
As per the message you're getting in the Fitbit app, please note that some clock faces require that your Fitbit device is up-to-date in order for you to be able to download them.
To make sure if you're on the latest firmware version or not, please go to your Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image. The firmware version number appears under your device's name. The latest version should be 194.91. For more information, see What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?
If you confirm that both, your Inspire 3 and Fitbit app are updated and the issue persists, please try logging out of the Fitbit app, restarting your Inspire 3, and logging back in. Once this has been done, try download one of the clock faces you're referring to and see if the issue persists.
