Can't download clock faces on my Inspire 3

Using Iphone, and fitbit version 20001.188.58, i just updated my iphone and the fitbit.

Restarted the Fitbit and my iPhone.

Logged out the account and these have made no difference - I still cannot download 😞

It show that not available but I saw someone else using inspire3 can use it…

Hi there, @sumsum0925. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that you can't still download clock faces on your Inspire 3. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, may I know if your Inspire 3 is a brand new device? If you have just set it up, please note that it may appear up to date but it needs another update. If your Fitbit device is running an old firmware version it won't allow you download certain apps or clock faces (for the time being). The latest update isn't available until up to 48-72 hours after setup. 

Please let me know if after the 48-72 hours you're still not able to download clock faces on your Fitbit device.
