I know that there’s hundreds if not thousands of other Fitbit customers that are completely disgusted and frustrated as I am. I have been complaining to Fitbit for over a year about the app glitching constantly. Exercise days completely are gone from the app when I go to the dashboard on the website they are there. I can’t even edit exercises. The exercises are not being calculated properly. For example, I was on the treadmill this morning for an hour and it only calculated 30 minutes. When I try to edit the exercise it doesn’t save. None of the “solutions” they give work. There’s no force quitting the app. There’s no logging in and out of the app. There’s no uninstalling and reinstalling the app, theres no re-pair your device with the app.theres no restarting of the device bc NONE OF THEM WORK!!!. I have written to Fitbit over 40 times and I have not received a response in two months. When you call them, they have no idea what’s going on. Nobody seems to care. No one has a resolution. It is absolutely disgraceful. please hate your experiences as well it will only try and get something going here .
