Can't edit my quick replies on my Inspire 3

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I often use the quick reply function for sms /messenger/whatsapp messages.

I often use the smiley- messages... but I cannot change them anymore to my preferred emoticons. (I do see the standard ones, but I had made my own list.

How can I change the default emojis ?

Hi there, @Brebda. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that you cannot use your quick replies as you used to. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your Inspire 3 as suggested here. Once you've done the restart, I'd recommend making sure you're following the steps below to customize your quick replies:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon > your device.
  2. Tap Notifications Quick Replies.
  3. Tap the app you want to change the quick replies for. To change the default quick replies for all apps, tap Default Replies.
  4. Tap the reply you want to change and enter the text you want to use instead. Replies are limited to 60 characters.
  5. Tap the back arrow to return to the app list and save your changes automatically.
  6. Sync your device. The next time you receive a message notification from that app, your new reply is included in the list of quick replies on your device.
