Can't find photo icon or settings icon on my inspire three

I've spent half an hour trying to figure this out.  I can't set the time zone on my inspire three that I got yesterday (12/24).  I don't have a photo icon and I don't have a settings icon in the app. Not in the today part of the app or anywhere else.  How do I reset the time zone?  I can't go to the photo or the settings icon because (see above) I don't have those icons.  How frustrating!
