Hi, @Jujube45, welcome to the community. It would appear you do not have an internet connection. This is provided by Bluetooth from your Inspire-3 to your phone & then from your phone to a router by WiFi.

Before starting sync your Fitbit app if you can.

You do not mention the make or model of your mobile phone (this sounds like a phone issue) so please forgive me for being a bit vague here. Check you can sync your device by sliding your finger down the "Today" screen in the Fitbit app on your phone & releasing it. You may be interested in these articles How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Check the settings on your Fitbit app on your phone, open the connections screen & ensure your Inspire 3 is connected by Bluetooth & your phone is connected to your router by WiFi (If you do not have a router you will need to connect to a cell phone service with data to reach the internet)

Review the settings in the Fitbit app-

Permissions - allow all.

Storage & Cache - clear both if you can.

Mobile data & WiFi -enable background data & unrestricted data usage, and ensure you have funds in your phone account.

App battery usage - unrestricted.

Pause app activity if unused - set on "Off"

Go back to your phone settings>Battery>make sure the battery saver is off (some phone makes regard the Fitbit app as non-essential and disable it while we need it to run constantly in the background)

Let us know how you get on.

Cheers

Hi. Thanks for the answers but none of them work. I have LTE in my phone and wifi on my phone. I have never had problems with my phone about wifi. Also i have a velvet LG android. My insipre 3 is sync. Its not the first time i have one. The previous one was a inspire HD if i remember well. All autorization work and are on. The battery saver is off.  I still dont have "a wifi connection"

Hi, @Jujube45 thanks for the feedback. Just to check you are effectively syncing your device and the communication chain is complete may I suggest that you sync your phone and then visit your online dashboard to compare the data (it should be the same as your Inspire 3,  & Fitbit app on your phone.

The clock faces for instance reach your Inspire 3 from the internet to your phone (via WiFi) and then from your phone to your Inspire 3 via Bluetooth. Your Inspire 3 does not have WiFi. I do note that the Device has Bluetooth 5.0 & your phone has Bluetooth 5.1 which has backward compatibility.

Let us know what you find on the Dashboard.

Cheers

Hi, @Jujube45, thanks for that, it appears the chain of communication is intact.

Is your Inspire SW up to date How do I update my Fitbit device? explains. I'm running 63.0001.188.58 on my Inspire 3 and the Fitbit app is 3.72(37268001)

I'm no expert in these issues, but can you explain when you get a banner about the absence of WiFi? Is it coming from the Fitbit app or elsewhere? What steps had you just completed to trigger it?

Allowing you have reset your phone, Wifi & the Fitbit app may I suggest you reset your Inspire 3 and review the Bluetooth & WiFi connections on your Android phone? Settings>connected devices>Inspire3>ensure the contacts & call history sharing slider is on (I do not think this is material but that's where mine is)

Then -

Phone settings>Network & Internet>Internet>check the settings are -

Security WPA/WPA2-personal

The auto-connect slider is on.

Let us know where the WiFi banner is coming from if you can and if your connection settings need to be changed, and the result.

Cheers
