This clock face wont install, Aspire 3 - version 63.20001.179.13. Install is greyed out and labels - not available. Thought that any clock face shown on the app would be installable.

Hi, @akr56 , I have just checked this on my Inspire 3, and confirm that that clock face is available and working as expected. (With Inspire 3 connected to my Android app it worked immediately. Connected to iOS I had to try twice before the clock face installed correctly, but it also worked the second time.)
Please make sure that your Inspire 3 firmware is up to date - if an update is available to you, you will see a large pink arrow on the Inspire 3 page of the app. You mention that your Inspire 3 is on Firmware version 63.20001.179.13. The current up to date version is 63.20001.210.26. Firmware updates are rolled out in batches, so if you do not see an update available to you then please keep an eye out for the pink arrow - it should be coming soon!
I would also recommend checking to see that your app is fully up to date. If necessary delete the app and re-install it. You will not lose any data doing this, but do make sure that you know the email address and password associated with your Fitbit account.
