I have had this problem consistently for many years. My fitbit always dosconnects after a while and i csnt seem to reconnect it. I recently got a new phone and though maybe it would work. When i try to sign in with my acount it just says error everytime. My app is up to date and i have tried many things like resetting my phone, truning off bluetooth, and uninstalling and reinstslling the app. Nothing has worked.

Hi, @RidaAli, welcome to the community. You need to log in to Fitbit with a Google account now. How to move a Fitbit Account to a Google Account - Fitbit Help Center explains.
