Can't pair my Inspire 3 with my iPhone

when my iphone (ios 17.5) pair with Inspire 3, i cannot enter number, it always at the first position,no matter how many number you type

Hi there, @ykw0356. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you cannot complete the set up process of your Inspire 3. Thanks for the image attached. I will do my best to help you with this.

If you haven't done so yet, please try the following: 

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache and Cookies for the Fitbit app in your phone's settings.
  • Restart your phone.
  • Log back in to the Fitbit app.
  • Proceed with the set up process again.
