I got a new cell phone and the fitbit app is requiring me to log int again. I've tried the reset password steps and typed in my email but have not gotten any emails. What else can I do?

Hi, @TchrQueen , welcome to the community. You need to log in to your Fitbit using your Google account How to move a Fitbit Account to a Google Account - Fitbit Help Center explains.
