 I can only see the sleep hour on the Y axis of the sleep tracker chart but it doesn’t display the score.

why can’t I attach my screenshot here?

Hi there, @Liang2. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 3. I think the screenshot didn't load correctly but thanks for taking the time to share it.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you with this matter. We really appreciate the time you took to troubleshoot your Fitbit.

Hope this gets resolved soon.
