Can't set up WhatsApp notifications on my Inspire 3

Hello. I cant receive whatsapp notifications on my inspire 3 . I know i need to go in notifications and the. app notifications, but i dont have this option available!! when i go on notifcations, my only options available are "push notifications" and "email notifications". 

Can anybody help?

To better assist you, may I know if you're setting up WhatsApp notifications for the first time? If you're, please note that you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as an option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send you a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected.

Hi 

I just got the Inspire 3 and this didn’t work. WhatsApp is not showing up. Even when I search for it in the apps it doesn’t come up. Randomly Accuweather shows up but nothing else. Can you help?
