Bought Fitbit inspire 3 for my daughter. When I try to Connect her phone, I can only choose ACE kids watches.
When we turned on the Watch for the first time, the phone found the fitbit app on its own, so the phone kind of see the Watch, but the app dont.

Hello @Lourun12 and welcome to the Community. A child must be 13 and older (16 and older in some countries) to use an Inspire 3. If your daughter is old enough, do you use Google Family Link? Family Link has its own security protections and will limit a person to the Ace series. If this is the case, you must remove her from Family Link. Other users say you can add her back to Family link after setting up the device.
