Can't set up my daughter's Inspire 3 to my account

My daughter has an inspire 3 and I’ve set her up on my account as required. However, the only options for syncing a device for her are the Ace series. Is there a way I can sync her inspire 3? Advice appreciated!

Hi @LR2503   A child must be 13 and older (16 and older in some countries) to use any non-Ace model.  By adding her to your account, does that mean you tapped on the You icon in the lower right of the Fitbit app > Family > Add child path?  You are always limited to the Ace models if you added your daughter to your Family in the Fitbit app.  A child that is old enough to use an Inspire 3 must have their own unsupervised Google account.
