I have received a new inspire 3. I already was using an inspire 3 but woul like to use the newer one. I am unable to get past the install Fitbit mobile app message on the new device. I have removed old device, deleted and reinstalled the app. It shows connected to blue tooth. Fitbit is fully charged

Hi there, @Jacob2cooper. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that you cannot sync your new Inspire 3. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, may I know if you've also removed your Inspire 3 from your phone's Bluetooth settings? If you haven't done so yet, please follow the steps below in the order listed:
1. Remove the old Inspire 3 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Inspire 3.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Inspire 3.
If the issue persists, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I was having issues setting up my Inspire three. Google sent me two replacements and still would not work. I finally left my house and used the cellular network and it set up and synched perfectly. When I returned home it would not sync. I turned of my WiFi on phone and used the cellular network and it’s working fine. I believe there is something within my router that was causing issues when trying to use Fitbit. I turned the WiFi off on my phone and I am just using the cellular all is working fine. I wish I knew how to configure my router, but since I don’t I will just keep the WiFi off. None of the help I got from the help calls worked. The router was never mentioned but I’m sure it is something built into the settings. I am not savvy on electronics so I will keep it connected by cellular vs WiFi. Hope that helps someone having the same issues. Someday I may figure out the router issue.
