My daughter has an Inspire 3 which used to get app notifications (call, txt etc) and now randomly doesn't. I started following the steps in the manual to set up app notifications but there is no Notifications option in the Fitbit app. The Fitbit app is up to date as is the device firmware and the phone software. Has anyone else had this issue? What can we do?

Hi there, @Mkstew. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your new Luxe is still crashing itself suddenly. I understand how annoying this can be, I will do my best to help you with this!
It sounds like the Inspire 3 is no longer paired to the Fitbit account, that would explain why there's no option to set up notifications. Would you mind double checking that? To make sure the Fitbit device has recently synced, go to the Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices.
If the Inspire 3 is not paired, please set it up by following these steps and then, try once more time to set up the notifications.
