Can't update my inspire 3

My Fitbit Inspire 3 firmware version is 188.58. I can't update my firmware to the latest. In the app, there isn't any update shown.

 

Secondly, there is no SpO2 option on the watch. 

 

My region is Bangladesh.

Let me help you update your Inspire 3 firmware. 

The latest firmware version of the Inspire 3 is 214.24.

If you are having trouble updating the firmware of your Fitbit device, i recommend that you follow the instructions in our help article How do I update my Fitbit device?

If you don't see any pending firmware, it may be possible that your device is already running the latest version. Can you specify where you see the number 188.58. Please share a picture or screenshot if possible.

In regards de SpO2 app, this feature isn’t available in all regions. For more information on availability, see Health Metric.
