My Inspire 3 is working but I can no longer sync it or update the software, have tried all the suggestions.

As a first approach, I'd like to know if you're using an Android device? If you're, please make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit app?
Once the syncing issue is solved, try updating your Inspire 3. If you continue having issues, please confirm if you tried all steps provided here Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
