Can we get a turn off option on a software update?

Regarding your inquiry, please note there is no way to stop firmware updates on Fitbit devices. We recommend always keeping your device up to date as the purpose of this updates is to fix some bugs and make stability improvements. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?

@dabasom79 Thanks for clarifying your question. 

You can turn off certain Fitbit devices, but I'm afraid to say that the Inspire 3 cannot be turned off. Is there any reason why you want to turn it off?
