Does any one know if fitbit is going to release a sports band?

Hi, @mmuenzenmeyer, welcome to the community, by sports band I assume you refer to an alternative to the solid plastic band that comes with the device. As far as I know, there have not been any announcements from Fitbit (who do not usually give advance notice) Your alternative is to look at third-party bands on Amazon or elsewhere. A word of caution, they have a proprietary connector design and non-Fitbit bands may not fit as well as the originals, if the band disconnects Fitbit will, of course, deny any responsibility. That said you may see something you like & be ready to try it, check the pins locate correctly by tugging the bands once installed.
