Cannot Sync Order of Exercise Shortcut with Inspire 3

I tried to respond on another thread about this topic, but it was closed. People reported the same issue I identify below. 

The Fitbit app allows me to reorder my exercise shortcuts, but it will not sync this order to my Inspire 3.

The other string said customer service stated this was an intentional design decision in that only the 3 most used exercise on the device are listed on the device before having to open the full list of 39.

Why allow reordering of exercises in the app under exercise shortcuts but then not allow them to be applied this way on the device?

@Epc80   I noticed the same thing on my Luxe when it got the firmware update that moved all the exercise shortcuts to the device.  Obviously, the engineers didn't update the app to reflect the firmware.  Please ignore that part of the app.
