This has happened again. It happened the last time the time changed. Last time, the problem resolved in a day, but there were signs that it was being worked on. I have not seen the same signs this time. No matter what time I try to set, the app just chooses its own hours.
UPDATE 3/10/25: it corrected by morning the day after the time switch.

Hi there @Ddonna!
It's great to see you here!
Thank you so much for letting us know that it wasn't possible to reset the hour after Daylight Savings time changed and for updating us about this situation.
We have noticed that this takes a few days for it to get corrected by itself.
If the situation reappears I suggest you try to do the following:
03-12-2025 13:12
03-12-2025 13:12
@FatimaFitbit thanks for replying. I hope that Fitbit has the technology to prevent this problem from recurring the next time there is a time change. It is possible, I am sure. The user should not have to jump hoops to use the app. Some people who use this app are elderly. And some are disabled. I am both and hope to see this bug resolved.

I’ve got the same problem today. British Summer Time began during last night. It didn’t stop at shifting one hour either! It refuses repeatedly to accept anything but 15:00 to 21:00 BST - I want 12:00 to 18:00.

@TrishFowlie I know how frustrating it is. But the good news is that it seems to resolve in 24 hours. I think the data will still be recorded based on your original hours setting when it resets itself. So my advice is just to ignore it and do as you usually do. Hopefully, they will fix this problem before the next time change.
