Cannot set up my Inspire 3 after a factory reset

After trying it says "Something went wrong An error occurred. Please try again"

- Phone: google pixel 3a
- Text on fitbit: 2024 - 10 - 10
- App version: 4.42.1 (110285696)
- tried with wifi on, then wifi off and only cellular.
- Restarted the phone between attempts. Tried at least 6 times. Phone always charging.
- fitbit always charging
- tried turning the bluetooth off for 10 seconds and waiting and turning back on.

- tried uninstall the app and reinstalling
- I have factory reset my fitbit before and re-setup it up before.
